The students of the Department of Tourism Studies actively contributed to the establishment of the Heritage Club of Karnatak Arts College in 2007. The Club serves as a platform to promote awareness and appreciation of cultural heritage, history, art, architecture, and conservation practices among students and the wider community.
Through heritage walks, educational tours, field visits, special lectures by experts, exhibitions, and outreach activities, the Club encourages students to explore and preserve the rich cultural and historical legacy of the region. These initiatives provide valuable experiential learning opportunities and foster a sense of responsibility towards heritage conservation and sustainable tourism.
