SARTHAVAHA is the flagship annual intercollegiate tourism fest organized by the Department of Tourism Studies, Karnatak Arts College, Karnatak University, Dharwad. Inspired by the ancient term "Sarthavaha", meaning a leader of caravans and travelers, the event symbolizes exploration, cultural exchange, and leadership.
